Refund Policy

Students who have followed the Withdrawal Procedure and who are officially withdrawing from the University will be credited for tuition and refundable fees in accordance with the following schedule, less Enrollment Reservation Fee and after any required tax deductions.

Fees for boarding and dormitory facilities are not refunded as these are allocated for the trimester and the University shall not take responsibility for these transactions as the services are provided by vendors.

The University also does not stand as a guarantor for the acquisition of a private residence or a room where the arrangements have been made by a student who is also responsible for these transactions.

Within the First week of the enrollment period 80%
Within the Second week of the enrollment period 60%
Within the Third week of the enrollment period 40%
After the Third week of the enrollment period No Refund


The YUB reserves the right to change the Tuition Fees and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Students may contact the Office of the Registrar of the Finance Department with any inquiries.
